About Me…
Hi, I'm Sarah Abu Saab!
I’m a counselor-in-training based in sunny South Florida with a passion for trauma-informed and person-centered care. With many years of experience working with children and adults with a range of mental and behavioral disorders, I’ve served as a Registered Behavior Technician, a dependency case manager, and now as a licensing coordinator in the child welfare system.
This blog is my way of sharing what I’m learning in graduate school and in the field while encouraging others to prioritize their mental health. I’m so glad you’re here, let’s grow through this journey together!
